A broad spectrum powdered active algicide based on Diuron (3-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,1-dimethylurea) which inhibits the process of photosynthesis. Typically used in conjunction with fungicides for coatings and coated fabrics (combination products are also available) and may also be used in niche algicidal applications.
Alternate algicide based on Terbutyrn also available.
