Lankromark LZC649 is a calcium aluminium zinc liquid stabilizer. It is designed specifically for use in the production of PVC articles by rotational moulding where it imparts excellent mould release and for use as a stabiliser in PVC plastisol bond-coats based on isocyanate bonding agents such as Vulcabond VP. In bond-coat applications LZC649 is particularly useful as it does not catalyse in the cross-linking reaction of the bonding agent which results in a significant extension in the Pot-life of these plastisols. It is a low odour product which imparts a modest length of stability and colour hold.
