Interstab CZ-10 - FDA / Medical is a phenol-free liquid Calcium-zinc stabilizer. Applications include low to moderate temperature plastisols. CZ-10 has limited food contact approval (21 CFR 177.1210 [by reference to 175.300] no limitations.) Recommended at 1.5 – 3.0 phr as a stabilizer in PVC compounds used in the manufacture of closure gaskets for food containers. Preferred over paste or powdered calcium-zinc stabilizers in plastisols where maintenance of viscosity is critical; Low zinc content.
