Akcros builds on JV foundation

Akcros announces an extension to its biocides testing capability in the UK, due for completion by the end of 2008. This will allow Akcros to support customers in the European paint, coatings, sealants and other industries, in addition to its current Polymer Additives business. A further extension to the Akcros Biocides Product Range will be announced early in 2009.

Akcros Chemicals New Brunswick Six Years Operating with no LTI

The employees at the New Brunswick Site have achieved a Significant Safety Milestone. As of June 30, 2008 the employees have worked 627,319 hours or 2,218 days without a Lost Time Accident. The last Lost Time incident was recorded on June 7, 2002
