Akcros REACH program in full flow
Akcros is well-advanced in its preparations for REACH, having pre-registered all its substances and developed some of its technologies to include a range of new REACH-friendly products since early 2008.
Complementing the existing range, they have already proved to be highly popular with customers. Integrating both patented Akcrostab® technology and unique overbased technology these products are providing excellent performance levels, with improved labeling and reduced registration requirements.
Akcros has now signed up as a founder member in the Liquid Mixed Metals and Phosphites Consortia and is progressing Reach registration dossiers for the Epoxidised Oils. As a company at the forefront of these Reach activities, it will ensure that the materials are registered under REACH, some of which are required in the 2010 first phase. This will facilitate full compliance and continuity of these and its other product lines into the future.
