NEW Substrate Stabilizer for High Speed Co-extrusion – Non Weatherable
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Akcrostab T-5316 is an economical liquid Butyltin mercaptide heat stabilizer (8.4%) recommended for the substrate layer of PVC co-extruded profiles, and other rigid PVC applications where weatherability is not critical. Due to the innovative technology it exhibits color hold equal to substrate stabilizers containing higher tin levels.
APPLICATIONS AND ADVANTAGES
Akcrostab T-5316 is an economical low cost tin stabilizer for all types of non-weatherable Co and Mono extrusions.
T-5316 is moderately lubricating.
Offers excellent heat stability and color hold at high output rates.
Typical usage levels range from 0.7-1.5 phr, depending on the heat stability required.
