Akcros Chemicals and ALA Chemicals announce Technology License Agreement ALA Chemicals PVT Limited, India and Akcros Chemicals Ltd have signed a Licensing Agreement which allows ALA Chemicals to produce and manufacture for the Indian market a range of top quality products including Barium Zinc and Calcium Zinc liquid stabilisers, Calcium Zinc Solids and Pastes, Potassium Zinc Kickers and a range of Organotin Maleates.The products will be sold under the ALA Brand into both flexible and rigid PVC processing markets in India.
“We are extremely excited about this cooperation bringing together the local production capability of ALA Chemicals and the formulation expertise of Akcros Chemicals” said Anil Anand, General Manager of ALA Chemicals.
“This agreement paves the way for the introduction to the Indian market of state of the art stabiliser technology which will be manufactured locally, at ALA’s facilities near Mumbai.The products being offered will help develop to the next level formulations for production processes such as spread coating, calendaring extrusion and injection moulding processes in India which we recognize as a growth market”.
