David Grove OBE remembered
It is with great sadness that Akcros acknowledges the passing away on Saturday 12th November of David Grove OBE.
David was the founder and chairman of GIL Investments and one of the major shareholders in Akcros Chemicals. He was an inspiration to all of us and he will be sorely missed by all who knew him. In accordance with his wishes GIL will continue to operate its existing portfolio businesses and seek new investment opportunities; his son, Jonathan Grove, will continue to work within the GIL group of companies.Akcros operates as a stand-alone company within the GIL group and its day-to-day operations will not be impacted by the loss of David Grove, it is business as usual for our customers.
