Lord Digby Jones Appointed Chairman at Grove Industries
We are pleased to announce that Grove Industries (GIL) has appointed Lord Digby Jones as Chairman. The move comes three months after the untimely death of Grove’s former chairman David Grove.
Lord Jones is a former trade minister and has served as Director General of the CBI. He has advised Grove Industries’ board since 2009 and recently spoke at David Grove’s memorial service at Birmingham Cathedral.
Grove’s Chief Executive, Les Litwinowicz said “This appointment is part of our stated aim to continue the work of our founder, David Grove, by supporting and empowering good management teams and creating value over the long term. We continue to seek new acquisitions and to strengthen our existing investments”.
