It has been specially formulated to be of low toxicity for the processor and the end user and as such is free of pTBBA (para-tert-butylbenzoic acid), 2-EHA (2-ethylhexanoic acid), nonylphenol and low in phenol. It is a low odour, low free phenol stabiliser which offers excellent colour control hold in pigmented applications containing titanium dioxide. In addition it imparts a good length of stability and light stable applications such as roofing and decorative foils. Colour hold and clarity in clear applications is modest. |

Liquid Calcium Zinc | Lankromark LZC649 is a calcium aluminium zinc liquid stabilizer. It is designed specifically for use in the production of PVC articles by rotational moulding where it imparts excellent mould release and for use as a stabiliser in PVC plastisol bond-coats based on isocyanate bonding agents such as Vulcabond VP. In bond-coat applications LZC649 is particularly useful as it does not catalyse in the cross-linking reaction of the bonding agent which results in a significant extension in the Pot-life of these plastisols.
