| Akcrostab LZB6148 Stabiliser classification:
Liquid Barium Zinc | Akcrostab LZB6148 is a high efficiency stabiliser which gives a good base colour combined with outstanding colour hold and clarity. It has been specially formulated to be of low toxicity for the processor and the end user and as such is free of pTBBA (para-tert-butylbenzoic acid), 2-EHA (2-ethylhexanoic acid), nonylphenol and low in phenol. The performance makes Akcrostab LZB6148 suitable for many applications including calendering of both flexible and semi-rigid PVC in clear and pigmented formulations where good base colour, freedom from colour drift and excellent clarity are required.

colour hold accompanied by a moderate length of stability. It is particularly recommended for use in the production of homogeneous flooring.

2-EHA (2-ethylhexanoic acid), nonylphenol and very low in phenol. The performance makes
Lankromark LZB655 suitable for many applications including extrusion, injection moulding and
calendering of both flexible and semi-rigid PVC where consistent and long length of stability are
required. LZB655 is particularly suitable for use in pigmented PVC film used to produce roofing
membranes or swimming pool liners where it is known to have good chlorine resistance.

| Lankromark LZC393 | Lankromark LZC393 is a highly efficient liquid calcium zinc stabiliser designed specifically for the use in the production of PVC flooring by spread coating. It imparts excellent early colour, colour hold and clarity rendering it particularly suitable for use in cushion vinyl top-coat. Lankromark LZC393 is low in residual phenol and is nonyl phenol free.

It has a medium/fast kicking action and as such it is the most versatile kicker finding use in the production of PVC foams for use in flooring, wallcovering and coated fabrics. Lankromark LZK484 having the same metal content, has replaced LZK731 and maintains similar base colour, colour hold and volatility with lower product viscosity.
