BC-111 is formulated for use in calendaring, injection-molding and extrusion processes; Provides excellent initial and mid-term color control; an excellent low-cost general use stabilizer; performs well in almost all applications and processes.
AKCROSTAB BC-4746SAkcrostab® BC-4746S is a high efficiency barium-cadmium-zinc liquid heat and light stabilizer designed for a variety of PVC applications, especially where printability and plate- out are of critical importance; Well-suited for use in PVC pool liner, roofing substrate or awning, including backlit, and advertising banners.
AKCROSTAB BZ-4864Akcrostab® BZ-4864 is a mixed metal soap epoxidized soybean oil heat and light stabilizer for extruded, plastisol and calendered PVC goods; Recommended for use in un-filled, non-pigmented applications. BZ-4864 contains 67% ESO by weight.
AKCROSTAB CAZ-4818Akcrostab CAZ-4818 is a liquid calcium-zinc heat stabilizer for clear plastisol and general-purpose flexible PVC applications.
Akcrostab LT-2001MAkcrostab® LT-2001M is an efficient calcium-zinc liquid for flexible PVC articles made by calendering and extrusion processes. Designed to be neutral in lubrication, LT-2001M may require additional lubricant for higher shear applications. Not for USFDA use, LT-2001M is intended for items where Barium is not tolerated or desired; also useful in plastisol formulations.
AKCROSTAB LT-4361Akcrostab LT-4361 is an efficient liquid barium-calcium-zinc stabilizer particularly useful for vinyl calendaring and extrusion applications.
AKCROSTAB LT-4785 LVAkcrostab LT-4785LV is a liquid metal soap heat and light stabilizer for calendered and estruded flexible PVC. Suitable for opaque of pigmented formulations, LT-4785LV does not contain cadmium.
AKCROSTAB LT-4798Akcrostab LT-4798 is a mixed metal soap heat and light stabilizer designed for use in a variety of clear PVC articles.
AKCROSTAB LT-4801Akcrostab® LT-4801 is a liquid barium-zinc epoxidized soybean oil blend heat and light stabilizer for flexible PVC. Primarily designed for opaques, may find utility in general purpose clears. LT-4801 contains 60% ESO by weight. Suitable for calender and plastisol processes.
AKCROSTAB LT-4803Akcrostab® LT-4803 is a mixed metal epoxidized soybean oil blend heat and light stabilizer for flexible PVC plastisol applications, particularly wire and strand-coating. LT-4803 provides excellent UV stability for exterior applications such as awnings and coated fabrics. The ESO content of LT-4803 is 50% by weight.
AKCROSTAB M-823Akcrostab M-823 is an FDA grade zinc octoate stabilizer-activator blend designed for applications with critical VOC requirements.
AKCROSTAB M-913Akcrostab M-913 is a liquid barium-cadmium-zinc general-purpose heat and light stabilizer for calendered flexible PVC and PVC plastisol applications; Designed to have improved exudation and plateout characteristics. .
INTERSTAB BZ-5174LVInterstab® BZ-5174LV is a low volatility self-lubricating heat stabilizer developed for use in flexible PVC, especially high-durometer clear film applications. Lubricant levels may be reduced or totally eliminated, relying on the highly compatible lubricants within BZ-5174LV; exhibits excellent heat stability and clarity, as well as permanence, exudation resistance, and thermal stability. Closed cup flash point is above 300°F.
INTERSTAB BZ-5207Akcrostab® BZ-5207 is a mixed metal/ESO blend heat stabilizer for flexible PVC use. It contains 43% ESO by weight. Primarily designed for opaques, but functions well in general purpose clears; functionally similar to LT-4801 and BZ-4864.

Interstab BZ-5295SInterstab BZ-5295S is an ultra low phenol, low VOC high efficiency barium-zinc liquid heat and light stabilizer for use in either filled or pigmented flexible PVC applications. Specifically designed for the most severe reduced emission applications, Interstab BZ-5295S is an improved, lower emission grade of our BZ-5295. A state-of-the-art product for opaque articles requiring very low VOC characteristics.
INTERSTAB SA-5158Interstab SA-5158 is specifically designed as a co-stabilizer for flexible PVC applications. Barium and zinc-free, SA-5158 improves the early-and mid-term color hold of metal soap stabilized PVC articles. Typically incorporated at 0.1 to 0.5 phr, SA-5158 functions well in a myriad of formulations and processes.
INTERSTAB SA-5345Interstab SA-5345 is a highly over-based, low odor, low VOC-containing 34% barium liquid complex. Designed for use as a PVC stabilizer intermediate or as a single-metal additive to be used with another primary liquid stabilizer, SA-5345 exhibits excellent blending, compatibility and processing characteristics. The high barium content of Interstab SA-5345 allows greater formulating latitude, particularly when cost-effective high efficiency heat stabilizer formulations are desired.
