Akcros Chemicals Inc (USA) liquid mixed metal stabilizers are available for a wide variety of demanding suspension and emulsion based PVC processes. They are extremely versatile products suitable for use in the production of PVC articles by techniques such as extrusion, calendering, injection moulding, rotational moulding and spread coating. It functions as an activation retarder, slowing the release of nitrogen from the foaming agent. Applicable to knife, reverse-roll, calendered, extruded and closed mold processes. ABC-6A retards nitrogen release below 370°F. It can be used in combination with ABC-2 or ABC-1A to produce a very fine cell structure. |

Designed for use as a PVC stabilizer intermediate or as a single-metal additive to be used with another primary liquid stabilizer, SA-5345 exhibits excellent blending, compatibility and processing characteristics. The high barium content of Interstab SA-5345 allows greater formulating latitude, particularly when cost-effective high efficiency heat stabilizer formulations are desired. |
| LANKROMARK LC299 | Lankromark LC299 is a Barium-Cadmium based liquid stabilizer; inherently non-lubricating, it responds well to additions of Stearic Acid. Formulated for optimum performance in extrusion or injection-molding operations, LC299 is normally used at 2-3 phr along with 2 to 5 phr of an epoxy-based secondary plasticizer such as Plastoflex® 2307. |
